Engraving Policy

Each individual product will show on it's details page if engraving is included or is extra.

There are a few minor limitations to our free engraving offer:

It must look good! If you are trying to cram words on a plate, and in our opinion it will not look good, we will refuse to engrave it. We do not want our name on a product that does not look good so you must either reduce the amount of engraving or go to a larger item suitable to receive that amount of engraving.
Where included, only engraving of text is free. Engraving of logos and other artwork will incur a surcharge depending upon complexity. First time engraving an artwork or logo incurs a setup charge.
Engraving of the top plate of multi plate plaques is free (see above limitations). Engraving of individual plates on multi plate plaques is $4.00 per plate when delivered with the plaque. After delivery of the plaque, when individual plates are returned to us for engraving, the cost is $5.00 each which includes return via U.S. mail.
Detachable plates used for multi-year engraving on trophy bases, incur a minimum $20 set up charge. Fixed plates are still free!
